This is one of four Fine Scale Miniatures building kits from my father’s collection.  The box with the metal components is sealed.  The instructions are damaged; you’ll need a copy from a third party.  I am not sure if any other pieces are missing; I did my best to check what was in the box against pictures I saw at Brasstrains.com.  The kit is thus being sold as-is.  I usually ship via UPS or USPS.  Insurance is included.

If interested, the other kits are Barnstead Lumber, Schramm Manufacturing and an additional 2-stall roundhouse.  The parts for those sets were all placed together in a single box; I’m still sorting them out.
