DIY Aluminum Scupper | Conductor Head | Collection Box
4 Flat packed DIY panels will have a thin protective poly-film to be removed (as can be clearly seen in the images provided of completed scuppers:-)
Use your 1/8″ rivets or short #8 x 1/4″ self tapping screws to secure the panels together.
For a water tight seal we suggest the “Lexel” brand
The all aluminum panels will never rust or dry-rot like plastic can and will over time.

12″ for 2×3 downspout
15″ for 3×4 downspout
Installation Hints:
1) Cutting the bottom opening to
accommodate the location of the downspout pipe is much easier to do
BEFORE putting the panels together
2) Pull protective film back just enough to build the Scupper. To protect the finish, remove the rest after installation.
3) Secure back and front panels first at the front/bottom. Install side panels next – YouTube Video coming soon!
This Aluminum
Scupper Conductor Head adds a unique, beautiful architectural appeal
while functioning to accept a larger volume water than a traditional
outlet.
